Ocean Jade is committed to a vegan plant-based approach providing only the highest quality organic fruits and vegetables available without any animal products and refined processed foods. Under the guidance of our incredible and innovative vegan chef, there will be a diverse variety of gourmet raw and cooked vegan entrees, fresh fruit, extensive salad bars, whole grains and legumes, nuts, seeds, green smoothies and juices.
The food program that is available only for our guests will be gluten-free without added salt, oil, and sugar. The exquisite taste and profound simplicity of our cuisine will help you reduce craving and overeating. The low calorie density and high nutrient content of a plant-based diet makes it the most effective eating plan for long term weight loss. However, it is important to recognize that weight loss success also requires the combination and support of all Ocean Jade programs including cleansing, fitness and stress management in addition to the food program.
There will also be an emphasis on cooking and shopping classes so that our guests can effectively replicate the recipes and benefits of our eating plan at home.
